The RISPCA hosts the grand opening of its new Warwick locations. (Rhode Island SPCA) WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals held a grand opening ceremony for its new home on Plan Way in Warwick Thursday. President Wayne Kezirian said the weather 'could not have been more beautiful' as he addressed the crowd of supporters at the new location, which will now house all shelter operations including adoptions, the animal health center, humane education, animal cruelty law enforcement, a pet food pantry, and a volunteer program.
