Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) is seeking public comment on intent to issue a Categorical Exclusion. The Director of the Rhode Island Department of Health has reviewed for approval the request by the City of East Providence Water Utilities Division for a Categorical Exclusion determination for proposed replacement of water meters. The project consists of the purchase and installations of new water meters and interface units which will be either radio-frequency or cellular endpoints, all within the East Providence Water Utilities Division service area.
