Firearms seized by the Rhode Island State Police High Intensity Drug king Area Task Force on Sept. 6, 2023. (WLNE) EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island State Police said that the High Intensity Drug king Area Task Force arrested an East Providence man for firearm and narcotics possession on Wednesday. Sean Jobin was charged with 23 counts of possession of a ghost gun, 24 counts of possession of a firearm while committing a controlled substance violation, 24 counts of possession of a firearm by certain persons prohibited, 14 counts of possession of large capacity feeding devices prohibited, possession of marijuana in excess of one kilogram, and possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
