The Four Seasons Apartments in East Providence, Rhode Island

The fading glory of the Four Seasons Complex is obvious as is being displayed by the continual "cut-back" on services yet maintaining the unreasonable demands on tenants; the customer service is crappy, the cleanliness of the apartments is severely lacking and the grounds are in need of attention. In the more than 2-1/2yrs I have lived here my first apartment was small and very cramped. As long as I never ask, no effort was made to accommodate me to better living quarters. After I inquired about a larger apartment, the office assistance was really not to helpful in getting me into another unit. It was actually the Leasing Manager that was instrumental in making it happen. But unfortunately I have been in my unit less than a month and I have been plagued with horse flies, squirrels and other rodents and I'm being told it's not their problem? I should not have to deal with this. It seems to me with some of these buildings butting a wooded area, there would be someone on the grounds to deal with "wild life issues just in case a child or pet were bitten; and never tell a tenant, it's not our problem. But I'm just one person, perhaps no one wants to mention the exercise equipment that does not work properly; or how the laundry room always has 2-3 machine broken down per week; or how one building has not had grass in front of it in nearly 4yrs.; or how the locks to the front doors are nearly always broken; and when reported, there seems to always be one one guy working. Oh, my apartment is nice, but if I'm fighting horse-flies or running from squirrels how much am I enjoying it? People pay to be serviced, not shamed, scammed or lied to; this may be my last season, a fourth one would be too much. Ask tenants for the truth. Not to mention the poor snow-removal in the winter......OMG. Your car could get buried and the office is helpless in your cause as you are on your way to work. Get the truth.

The tour coordinator dropped the ball and the person who got stuck with the mess did his best but we were screwed out of a unit because of the coordinator’s ineptitude to communicate. Poorly run.
