O Stars. We purchased 6 TON of these pellets this year. We have used 1.5 Ton already and we wish we used 0. I have called Lowes, where we have purchased them and the told us to bring in the faulty bags and they will replace them and that they do it all the time, everyone returns them! WHAT??? 95% of the bags are open and 1/3 to 1/2 of almost every bag is dust or a block of water logged rock. We are trying to get Lowes to wave the $65 delivery fee and want them to come and pick up this trash and refund us for them all (that we haven't used). DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT> Daily we have to shovel the pellets out of the stove to vac the dust out and we have killed our Auger Motor and now have to replace it.
